The Board get together once a month to discuss progress of current projects, finances, new ideas and more.

We have an AGM once a year – usually around July – and all are welcome to attend. Details of the meeting are circulated in advance on this site, on our Facebook page and via posters on the noticeboards outside the Ardfern Village store, at Ardfern road end and at Craobh marina car park.

This year's AGM includes important discussion re. a change to the constitution to a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) . You can read the draft constitution here, as well as the notice of a resolution to make this change, and another resolution to adopt the above draft constitution.

Our Articles of Association have been amended to allow us to act as a vehicle for a community Right To Buy.
